On the Ground hires local people on a project by project basis to help with outreach. ​That outreach can include knocking on doors, putting up door hangers or fliers, talking to neighbors about community plans and more.

 

The safety and comfort of our canvassers is our first priority, that means:

• We do not canvass alone

• We provide a paid orientation to every canvassers

• We will not knock on doors, or enter spaces that feel unsafe for any reason
